Building Future Leaders - Secondary and Primary Cohorts

The Building Future Leaders Programme is a two-year leadership development programme that is designed for future school leaders and equips participants with the necessary attributes to drive strategic school improvement at a whole school level.  Through a structured programme of practical group sessions and individual coaching and mentoring, the programme explores the fundamentals of moral leadership and the establishment of core vision and values, whilst working collaboratively to apply key principles and theory into effective practice.
